This role requires a senior-level, experienced nurse with broad expertise in general practice nursing. The candidate must be proficient in conducting independent patient consultations and performing routine annual health check-ups. Practical skills include taking and analyzing blood samples, CRP tests, urine tests, and swabs, as well as performing EKGs, lung function tests (LFU), ear irrigation, wound care, and treatment of common conditions such as warts. Experience with vaccination administration and telephone triage is essential. The role also involves logistical tasks such as restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ordering materials. Additionally, the nurse should be capable of conducting home visits and other nursing duties commensurate with their experience. The position demands strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team comprising a physician and medical secretary.
