This role requires professionals with a pedagogical or health-related education, such as trained pedagogues, social and health assistants (SSA), or social and health helpers (Spl), preferably with experience in psychiatric settings. Candidates should have practical knowledge and experience working with young people and adults facing complex social and psychological challenges. Key competencies include being solution-oriented and loyal to the institution's pedagogical methods, specifically Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Strong collaboration skills and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams are essential, as the position involves active participation in an interdisciplinary 'EKT' team alongside colleagues from residential, educational, and therapeutic departments. The role demands responsibility for developing comprehensive, individualized strategies for each young person and acting as a primary contact and support person for 1-2 youths. Candidates must demonstrate assertiveness, accountability, and a community-focused mindset, combined with curiosity, positivity, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment. Additionally, readiness to support educational and occupational activities is required. The position offers meaningful work aimed at enhancing the development and quality of life for young people, within a supportive, informal, and trust-based culture that encourages autonomy and professional growth. The job entails a full-time commitment of 37 hours per week with immediate start.
