Laborant

This position requires a skilled laborant with a relevant educational background such as dyretekniker, laborant, or bioanalytiker, emphasizing microbiology within clinical research settings. The role involves working in both clinical microbiology and biomedical laboratories, contributing to projects involving microbiological analyses, biomarker measurements, and testing of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and medical devices. Practical competencies include handling small and large animal models (mice and pigs), collecting clinical samples including blood, urine, and tissue, and performing bacterial analyses and cell culture infection assays. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within interdisciplinary teams. Strong organizational skills for structuring work time and participating in project meetings, data collection, analysis, and reporting are essential. The role demands familiarity with laboratory techniques related to microbiology, biomarker quantification, and cell culture methodologies.
