  • Permanent part-time position at the Department of Biomedicine, Faculty of Health, Aarhus University

  • English is the preferred language in the laboratory, meetings, and seminars

Responsibilities

  • Support daily laboratory operations
  • Perform biochemical experiments and analyses
  • Plan experiments, document data, and ensure quality assurance of laboratory procedures
  • Cloning and DNA handling
  • Transfection and maintenance of mammalian cell lines
  • Protein expression in bacteria and yeast, followed by purification and characterization
  • Purification and analysis of proteins from tissue samples

Terms of Employment
