While not mandatory, experience within the banking or financial services industry and familiarity with commercial excellence from marketing, sales, data, CRM, or product teams are advantageous. This leadership position involves driving the commercial plan to support engagement and share-of-wallet targets, identifying new growth opportunities for small business customers, and contributing to the Forward ’28 strategy in the Nordic region. Role Summary
- Plan and execute commercial initiatives to drive business impact
- Identify new growth opportunities for small business customers
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement commercial activities
- Join the Strategy Execution and Commercial Excellence team within Business Customers
- Support the Forward ’28 strategy to capture market share in the Nordic region
Responsibilities
- Drive and own the commercial plan, prioritising activities to support engagement and share of wallet targets
- Plan and execute data-driven campaigns and programs for customers, driving lead generation to advisors
- Leverage CRM and marketing data to build effective commercial activities and customer engagement plans
- Identify commercial opportunities to generate leads and increase customer engagement via digital touchpoints
- Collect input and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders (e.g., data analysts, advisors) to develop and implement commercial activities
Requirements
- Structured, solution-oriented, and data-driven mindset
- 5+ years of experience in project management, planning, or related commercial roles
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or subscription business (preferably within banking or financial services, but not required)
- Solid knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems
- Marketing acumen and growth mindset, with understanding of digital growth strategies
- Analytical skills with ability to define and track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
