- Join Tise as Legal Counsel in Oslo, Norway
- Key legal partner for Tise’s Nordics business, reporting to eBay’s Head of Legal Expansion
- Work closely with Tise leadership and eBay’s international legal teams
- Support Tise’s growth and ensure compliance and risk mitigation

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Tise’s legal strategy for the Nordics market
- Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal guidance on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, marketing, and new product rollouts (Nordics and globally)
- Analyze complex legal issues and deliver clear, actionable solutions
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, Marketing, Tax, Privacy, Government Relations)
- Take ownership of and deliver on cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law and admission to the Norwegian bar
- 2-5 years post-qualification experience, ideally in technology and with international marketplace/platform exposure
- Knowledge of the Digital Services Act and similar pan-European marketplace regulations is a plus
- Full fluency in Norwegian and excellent English proficiency; additional Scandinavian languages and/or German, French, Italian are a plus
- Flexible, agile problem solver with strong judgment and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships quickly
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and good sense of humor
