Sous chefs are expected to have additional skills in IT, menu development collaboration, supply ordering, and administrative support, alongside the ability to lead kitchen operations in the head chef's absence. Fluency in spoken English is required, with written skills preferred, supporting effective communication in a diverse team environment. Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, meeting catering, and fruit arrangements
- Present food and espresso varieties
- Handle cleaning and dishwashing
- Engage in friendly conversations with guests
- Work Monday to Friday with attractive hours
Requirements – Chef
- Trained chef who works independently
- Strong skills in baking, pickling, hot and cold dishes, salads, and vegetables
- Passionate about vegetarian dishes and vegetables
- Creative and up to date with food trends
- Able to communicate in English (spoken and preferably written)
- Service-minded, flexible, reliable, and positive
Requirements – Sous Chef
All chef requirements, plus:
- Flair for IT
- Contribute to menu development with the head chef
- Assist with ordering supplies and administrative tasks
- Able to take responsibility and lead the kitchen in the head chef’s absence
