Role Summary

Join our highly experienced logistics team and play a central role in securing efficient execution of international road, air, ocean, and express deliveries. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate road, ocean, air, and express shipments to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries
- Handle container flow from supplier to final delivery
- Manage courier and airfreight shipments globally
- Oversee road shipments from Actona warehouse to final delivery
- Handle and validate transport documentation
- Facilitate internal and external meetings focused on performance, costs, and quality
- Support the logistics team with a proactive approach
- Contribute to tender processes and optimize internal workflows
- Proactively solve potential issues in cooperation with stakeholders
Requirements
- Education as a Freight Forwarder or in Office Administration with logistics specialty
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience with MS Office and preferably Microsoft Business Central
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong coordination and prioritization skills
- Structured approach and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a professional team
