Magasasa is looking for an experienced Dim Sum Chef to join our kitchen team. We are seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in dim sum production, with strong skills in both filling preparation and dumpling wrapping.
Arbejdsopgaver / Key Responsibilities
- Fremstilling af forskellige typer dim sum / Preparation of various dim sum items
- Forberedelse og justering af fyld (kød, grøntsager, krydderier m.m.) / Mixing and seasoning fillings (meat, vegetables, spices, etc.)
- Håndfoldning og pakning af dumplings / Hand-wrapping and shaping dumplings
- Sikre høj kvalitet, god hygiejne og ensartet smag / Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality
- Samarbejde med køkkenteamet i den daglige drift / Working closely with the kitchen team in daily operations
Krav / Requirements
- Minimum 3 års erfaring med dim sum / Minimum 3 years of experience in dim sum making
- Solid erfaring med både fyld og pakning / Strong skills in both filling preparation and dumpling wrapping
- Arbejder effektivt og struktureret / Ability to work efficiently and independently
