Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders across Denmark, Norway, and Lithuania. Role Summary
- Join the Fund Services team at Danske Bank
- Contribute to high-quality customer and stakeholder experiences
- Ensure seamless operations and compliance across fund-related functions
- Participate in both routine activities and complex projects (internal, Nordic, international, regulatory)
- Work in a dynamic, international team across Denmark, Norway, and Lithuania
Responsibilities
- Place fund orders in internal and external systems
- Monitor trading flow for funds and ensure cash funding for trades
- Support clients and advisors linked to fund trading
- Enable funds for trading
- Reconcile holdings (internal vs external)
- Use analytical skills to develop automation and optimisation solutions
- Act as subject matter expert in internal and regulatory projects
- Provide insights, define business requirements, improve processes, and conduct system testing
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience, including some project work
- Understanding of trading and settling of investment funds
- Interest in custody and safekeeping of assets
- Interest in investment products and MIFID regulations
- Interest in financial markets and banking operations
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise urgent tasks
- Advanced English language skills (spoken and written)
