Role Summary

Dripdrop helps hotels and offices offer high-quality, eco-friendly umbrellas to guests. With over 1,500 hotel partners across Europe, we're expanding to the US. We value long-term relationships, brand building, and storytelling at scale.

We're seeking a Marketing Lead to drive connection, demand, and measurable growth through creative, data-informed marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate marketing activities across brand, demand creation, and demand conversion
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and in-house design teams
  • Turn commercial goals into campaigns, activations, and content
  • Orchestrate designers, sales reps, and freelancers to deliver projects
  • Connect brand storytelling with business growth
  • Ensure consistency, data-driven decisions, and boldness across channels
  • Translate ideas into experiments and learn quickly from results
  • Own clear business goals

Requirements

  • Understanding of brand, demand creation, and demand conversion mechanics
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and data-curious (but not driven solely by metrics)
  • Strong storytelling skills; able to turn insights into ideas and traction
  • Experience managing marketing projects, ideally in a startup or scale-up
  • Comfortable collaborating with designers, sales, and content creators
  • Fluent in English with clear, persuasive writing skills

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and paid campaigns
  • Experience with email marketing or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Sales experience
