- Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, schedules, and quality standards
Responsibilities
- Daily technical supervision and follow-up on construction sites
- Review, interpret, and implement construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Support Construction Supervisor with planning, scheduling, and coordination of daily site activities
- Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
- Monitor progress, quality, and quantities of executed works
- Identify and resolve technical issues on site
- Ensure compliance with Danish health & safety regulations and project requirements
- Participate in site meetings, toolbox meetings, and technical coordination meetings
- Document and report site activities and progress to management
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a site-based construction role
- Solid ability to read, understand, and work with construction drawings and technical documentation
- Good understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Knowledge of quality control and site documentation procedures
- Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented working approach
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility on site
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Working-level English; Danish is an advantage
- Driving license is an advantage
