About the role

Role Summary

Join Limepack as our Office Assistant (25 hrs/week) and help keep our office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. You will mainly handle cleaning and maintenance, while also supporting the sales team with packing customer samples.

Responsibilities

  • Daily office cleaning and upkeep
  • Assisting with lunch service and cleanup
  • Packing sample boxes for customers
  • Ordering office supplies and weekly groceries
  • Coordinating with external cleaning companies
  • Handling other ad-hoc office tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Enjoy practical, hands-on work
  • Reliable, independent, and take ownership of your work
  • Good eye for detail
  • Fluent in English
  • Holds a valid Danish work permit
  • Experience with cleaning or similar work (nice to have, but not required)

Benefits

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:30 (including a 30-minute break)
