The candidate should be comfortable operating in English, with Finnish language skills considered a plus. The position involves gathering user feedback to drive operational improvements, developing internal playbooks, and optimizing workflows to support company scaling and international expansion. Responsibilities
- Onboard new restaurant partners and guide them through setup
- Support existing restaurants and resolve issues quickly
- Act as the main contact for partners, ensuring excellent experiences
- Collaborate with sales, tech, and marketing to improve product and processes
- Work with partner networks (Wolt, Bolt, Foodora, Uber Eats, and more)
- Gather feedback and drive operational improvements
- Help develop internal playbooks and optimize workflows as the company scales
- Make every restaurant’s Munchi experience effortless
Requirements
- Adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience with project management tools and frameworks
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Focus on delivering great user experiences
- Eager to learn and open to feedback
- Comfortable communicating in English (Finnish is a plus)
