Team
- Part of Day Operations department with 7 colleagues across Ishøj and Fredericia terminals
- Team Lead for 3 colleagues in Fredericia, reporting to a shared manager
- Responsible for coordinating and distributing daily tasks, as well as coaching team members
Responsibilities
- Follow up on night distribution and arrange extra deliveries
- Handle mis-sorted goods and maintain quality and cost standards
- Ensure all goods are correctly marked in the tracking system
- Monitor scanning quality and support drivers
- Maintain contact with hauliers
- Drive cost management and cross-functional collaboration
- Work on continuous process improvements
- Make active decisions to resolve production issues
- Comply with company policies and legislation
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Geographical knowledge of Denmark
- Clear and precise communication skills
- Solution-oriented and creative thinking
- Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
- Confident decision-maker who acts on plans
