Responsibilities
- Act as Lead Techno-Functional Analyst for Oracle SCM Cloud
- Provide proactive technical support, business solution implementation, and risk management
- Create and contribute to automated technology and tools to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues
- Serve as technical support expert in Oracle product usage in complex, open systems environments
- Provide leadership and expertise in developing new products, services, and processes
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with SCM solutions
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle SCM Cloud implementations/support
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Professional/technical experience with applications at a functional and technical level (preferably Oracle)
- Ability to travel up to 50%

- Salary range: $96,300 to $199,500 per year ($46.30 to $95.91 per hour)
