This position requires a fully ordained or soon-to-be ordained parish priest (sognepræst) to serve in the Vejby-Tibirke Pastorate within Frederiksværk Provsti, Helsingør Diocese. The role is full-time (100%) with half of the duties dedicated to serving the Ramløse-Annisse Pastorate under the provost's guidance. The candidate should possess a master's level theological education, preferably with ordination credentials or proof of completion from the Pastoralseminariet. Responsibilities include pastoral care, conducting church services, and engaging with the local church community in accordance with the established ecclesiastical guidelines and the parish council's description of duties. A mentor-supported introduction period is offered to facilitate integration into the role and pastoral tasks. Compliance with legal and administrative requirements such as obtaining a child protection certificate (børneattest) is mandatory. The position follows the state academic collective agreement with additional allowances and is subject to salary negotiations under the Ny Løn system. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with parish councils, provosts, and the bishop's office.
