This role requires a qualified pædagog to work at Bostedet Munkehatten, a residential and occupational facility for individuals aged 18-61 with significant and permanent physical and mental disabilities, many of whom are immobile. The candidate must have formal education as a pædagog and demonstrate the ability to articulate their professional expertise. Key competencies include relational pedagogical work combined with health-related tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and feeding tube management. The position demands collaboration within a multidisciplinary team comprising pedagogues, social and healthcare assistants, pedagogical assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and care helpers, emphasizing teamwork and a positive work environment. The candidate should be skilled in developing and implementing pedagogical plans and working with goal-oriented interventions based on a rehabilitative approach that prioritizes the quality of life for residents. Strong interpersonal skills, openness to feedback, and the ability to maintain composure and apply an appreciative approach in complex situations are essential. The role involves flexible working hours, including day and evening shifts from 7 AM to 11 PM and weekend work every third weekend, requiring adaptability and commitment.
