Role Summary: Operations (Participant Experience Design)

  • The Operations team shapes the participant experience
  • Design workshops, coordinate mentors and speakers, recruit judges
  • Ensure every moment inspires creativity and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Organize workshops, talks, and mentorship sessions
  • Recruit and coordinate mentors, judges, and speakers
  • Plan the participant journey and ensure a great on-site experience
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Marketing, and Sponsorship teams to align schedules

Requirements

  • Empathetic and organized communicators
  • Interest in event management or education
  • Team players who thrive on collaboration and structure
  • No prior experience required—enthusiasm and initiative matter most
