Networking skills must cover IP/TCP protocols, IPSec VPN tunnels, firewall configurations, NAT, and BGP routing. Proficiency with Microsoft licensing models such as O365, SPLA, MAPS, MOL, and TEAMS is also required. The role demands hands-on experience with VMware ESXi 7.0, vCenter, and iSCSI SAN technologies. Familiarity with Azure cloud services and the ability to troubleshoot data center infrastructure and service issues are critical. The position involves collaboration with international IT teams and providing operational support to customers, emphasizing strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure. A positive attitude combined with a strong professional background is valued more than formal education.
