Role Summary

  • Work with a North America-based digital marketing agency
  • Manage campaigns for clients across Canada and the U.S.
  • Preference for EST time zone alignment

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Set up and manage pixels, tags, and conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Events Manager)
  • Conduct keyword research and manage on-page/off-page SEO
  • Coordinate with content teams for SEO optimization
  • Analyze and report on campaign metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPA)
  • Propose data-driven improvements
  • Manage LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels for B2B clients
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators for campaign messaging and creative quality
  • Present campaign insights in client meetings
  • Stay updated on platform updates, tracking technologies, and digital marketing trends

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and GA4 analytics
  • Strong technical understanding of pixels, tags, conversion events, and attribution models
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Confident, professional personality for client-facing video calls
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret performance data into strategy
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business (preference for reputed universities or top institutions)

Nice to Have

Working Hours

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
