The position demands leadership skills to act as first operator and team lead, including preparing process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials, as well as coaching and onboarding operators. A key competency is the ability to facilitate and drive LEAN methodologies, including organizing and leading LEAN board meetings, collaborating closely with production, technical, and quality departments. Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards and a structured approach to continuous improvement are important. Candidates must hold a valid forklift license and be proficient in Danish communication, both written and spoken. The role emphasizes responsibility, cross-departmental communication, and teamwork within a growth-oriented, modern production environment. Vocational education combined with substantial hands-on experience supports the candidate's capability to contribute to process optimization and production development. Role Summary
Vil du arbejde med moderne produktionsudstyr i en virksomhed i vækst? JP Air Tech søger en erfaren og engageret procesoperatør, der vil være førstemand og teamleder på vores nye Airlaid-maskine. Du får en central rolle i opstart, drift og videreudvikling af produktionen.
Responsibilities
- Opstart, indkøring og test af ny Airlaid-maskine
- Førstemand / teamleder på maskinen i den daglige drift
- Udarbejdelse af procesbeskrivelser og standarder i samarbejde med QA
- Deltagelse i testkørsler, optimering og fejlretning
- Udarbejdelse af uddannelsesmateriale og oplæring af operatører
- Sikre stabil drift, kvalitet og høj oppetid
- Aktiv deltagelse i og genopstart af LEAN-tavlemøder (LEAN driver)
- Planlægge, forberede og gennemføre tavlemøder sammen med Produktionsleder
- Bindeled mellem produktion, teknik og kvalitet
Requirements
- Erfaring som procesoperatør, teamleder eller førstemand
- Teknisk forståelse og interesse for procesanlæg og maskiner
- Gerne erfaring med nonwoven, airlaid eller lignende procesproduktion (ikke et krav)
- Trives med ansvar og tager naturligt lederskab
- Lyst til at arbejde struktureret med LEAN, standarder og tavlemøder
- Samarbejdsorienteret og god til at kommunikere på tværs af afdelinger
- Truckcertifikat
- Taler og skriver dansk
- Kendskab til ISO 9001
- Erfaring med LEAN er en fordel, men motivation er vigtigst
