The role involves travel for live events and production, including domestic and international locations, and requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings to align with live broadcast schedules. About the role

Responsibilities
- Support product vision definition and lead day-to-day execution aligned with BLAST’s goals
- Identify fan needs, trends, and market opportunities through research and community engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product delivery
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement of the product experience
- Build strong relationships with publishers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in esports, broadcast, live events, or related fields
- Strong understanding of the esports ecosystem (tournaments, leagues, formats, communities, partners, broadcast operations)
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Passion for gaming and esports with deep player and community insight
- Enthusiasm for broadcast, live shows, and creating memorable experiences
