Responsibilities
- Engage with customers daily to understand their needs
- Support go-to-market strategies for new product releases
- Create content, feature stories, and marketing assets for internal and external audiences
- Contribute to product positioning and messaging using user research and market insights
- Provide input on new feature development and optimization of existing features
Requirements
- Familiarity with “Obviously Awesome” by April Dunford and “Loved” by Martina Lauchengo; strong interest in positioning and messaging
- 4+ years of relevant product marketing experience
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to customers
- Comfortable collaborating across departments in a fast-changing environment
- Experience conducting customer interviews and market research
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused
- Experience in high-growth SaaS companies, ideally in marketing or data
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
