Responsibilities

  • Send invoices, record payments, and follow up with clients on overdue balances (9a–5p EDT)
  • Process and verify payroll runs for staff in Gusto
  • Gather labor and materials data for accurate job costing reports
  • Manage and organize incoming emails for leadership, prioritizing communication (9a–5p EDT)
  • Review, verify, and process reimbursements in Ramp
  • Answer occasional incoming calls (9a–5p EDT)

Requirements

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
