Role Summary

We’re creating purpose-driven workshops in Copenhagen where people evolve, not just learn. As Project Leader, you’ll transform expert and peer proposals into unforgettable in-person experiences with real impact. This is a creative and operational leadership role, building an events brand that reflects the soul of Copenhagen and the mission of LifeBonder.

This is an UNPAID OPPORTUNITY with our mission-driven startup.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the commercial workshops strategy, balancing business goals with human impact
  • Build and execute a transformational workshop roadmap
  • Turn guest speaker concepts into successful, high-value events
  • Lead the full project lifecycle: concept, planning, delivery, impact tracking, and iteration
  • Shape and build the workshops arm of the business
  • Create emotionally resonant experiences with meaningful takeaways
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Community
  • Be the face of our mission in Copenhagen, fostering belonging and inspiring offline connection

Requirements

  • Experience creating and leading workshops from scratch, including as a facilitator
  • Natural leader with both strategy and creative spark
  • Solution-oriented, positive, and action-driven
  • Emotionally intelligent, creative, and community-minded
  • Understands branding as an experience, focused on emotional impact
  • Confident, fast-paced, and grounded
  • Experience in project management or team leadership (formal or informal)
  • Passion for creating emotionally impactful, transformational in-person events
  • Deep alignment with LifeBonder’s mission to rebuild authentic offline communities
  • Based in Copenhagen, attuned to its people and culture
  • Flexible with some evening/weekend availability
  • C1/C2 English level
