Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver customer implementation and onboarding projects
- Understand customer needs and translate them into effective Qarma solutions
- Provide product training and support for users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery and product improvement
- Proactively engage customers to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
- Work closely with global brands and retailers
- Engage with customers via email, online meetings, and occasional on-site visits
- Scope onboarding projects, align across teams, and deliver projects on time
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, sourcing, buying, or quality/compliance roles
- Experience with product development, sourcing, or supply chain
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive, independent, and eager to drive progress
- Comfortable engaging with customers and adapting communication style
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
