The Project Sales Technician role requires a vocational technical education background, ideally as a trained electrician with approximately five years of relevant experience. The candidate must possess strong electrical technical knowledge to translate customer needs into robust, technically sound solutions within intelligent building automation projects across Europe, particularly focusing on the DACH region. Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is essential for daily communication with customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, while basic proficiency in Danish and/or English is needed for internal communication. The role demands proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with digital tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PDF-XChange, or similar design and document review software to prepare detailed project proposals and offers based on tender documents, customer inputs, and the Wygwam product portfolio. Experience with CRM systems and document management platforms like SharePoint or Dropbox is important to ensure structured documentation flow and timely registration of project opportunities. Strong organizational skills are required to manage project inquiries, respond within 24 hours, and support both customers and internal sales colleagues across multiple regions. The position offers a central role in an international, innovative environment, emphasizing quality, process improvement, and professional development. Overall, the ideal candidate combines solid electrical technical expertise with sales support capabilities, multilingual communication skills, and experience working with project documentation and digital collaboration tools in a mid-level technical sales context.

Om Wygwam

Responsibilities
- Udarbejde detaljerede projektforslag og tilbud baseret på udbudsmateriale, kundeinput, salgsmøder og Wygwam-produktprogram
- Håndtere tilbud og forespørgsler fra projektpartnere og grossister, sikre hurtig responstid og overholdelse af deadlines
- Yde projektrelateret support via telefon til kunder og interne salgscolleger i DK, DACH og Norden
- Styre projektindbakken og sikre, at alle henvendelser besvares inden for 24 timer
- Registrere projektmuligheder i CRM og sikre struktureret dokumentationsflow i SharePoint/Dropbox, inkl. FA-forberedelser og ProAssist-tilbud
Requirements
- Teknisk uddannelsesbaggrund og uddannet elektriker, gerne med 5 års erfaring
- Taler og skriver flydende tysk (daglig kontakt med kunder i DACH-regionen)
- Grundlæggende kendskab til dansk og/eller engelsk til intern kommunikation
- Erfaring med Office-pakken og digitale værktøjer; gerne også AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PDF-XChange eller lignende design-/reviewsoftware
