Vi søger en erfaren projektleder til Lafuco’s projektteam med ansvar for selvstændig styring og gennemførelse af byggeprojekter indenfor glasvægsentreprise. Arbejdet udføres hovedsageligt for hoved- og totalentreprenører og omfatter projektering og udførsel af glasvægsentrepriser i underentreprise.
Primære arbejdsopgaver
- Projektering i samarbejde med kunder og arkitekter
- Ansvar for tidsstyring, økonomi og kommunikation
- Bestilling og koordinering af leverancer, egen produktion og montering på byggepladser
- Koordinering med kunde og tekniske rådgivere
Vi forventer, at du
- Har lyst til at arbejde med projektering og udførsel af UE-opgaver, inkl. sagsøkonomi
- Er uddannet fx bygningskonstruktør eller har en håndværksmæssig baggrund
- Optræder ansvarligt, løsningsorienteret og professionelt
- Er motiverende og samarbejdsvillig
- Har evne og indsigt til at indgå i vores projektteam
