Skilled in comprehensive project planning, control, and follow-up, including budget and timeline management. Strong communication skills enabling effective dialogue with customers, internal teams, external suppliers, and installation personnel. Demonstrates structured, solution-oriented project management with a focus on maintaining quality and documentation throughout project lifecycles. Comfortable handling responsibility and maintaining oversight during busy periods. Collaborative team player who thrives in close-knit, evolving company cultures emphasizing community and professional development. Familiar with coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment of expectations with stakeholders. Offers flexibility in work approach, valuing work-life balance and continuous learning opportunities. Mid-level experience with a bachelor’s degree-level education, capable of driving projects end-to-end in dynamic, technically focused industrial settings.

- Sikre dokumentation og kvalitet gennem hele processen
Requirements
- Erfaring som projektleder, gerne fra maskinbygning, automation, industri eller lignende tekniske miljøer
- Trives med ansvar og kan bevare overblikket i travle perioder
- Teknisk baggrund, fx maskinmester, teknolog, ingeniør eller lignende
- Kan kommunikere med både kunder og montører
- Struktureret, kommunikerende og løsningsorienteret
- Ønsker at være en del af et tæt fællesskab
