The position is targeted at candidates located within the CET timezone (+/- 3 hours). Experience with data structure libraries like Immutable.js is a plus but not mandatory. Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new user-facing features using Next.js
- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
- Write robust, clean, and documented code
- Maintain and enhance existing web applications
- Conduct performance tests and ensure responsiveness and stability across all platforms
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web development
- At least 4 years of experience with both React and Next.js
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Strong experience with server-side rendering and static site generation in Next.js
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Token)
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX)
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours); applications from other time zones cannot be considered
