- Department is Denmark's largest health science research department with modern facilities and strong interdisciplinary collaboration
Responsibilities
- Primarily research-based role; may include teaching activities
- Contribute to high-quality international research
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and receive supervision
- Project focuses on the biological background of Functional Diseases, in collaboration with Department of Functional Disorders and Translational Neuropsychiatry Unit
- Main tasks include optimizing, conducting, analyzing, and presenting results from:
- ELISA-based assays
- Lipidomic assays
- Radioimmunoassays
- HPLC
- Shotgun metagenomics
- Report to Associate Professors Lise Gormsen and Cecilie Bay-Richter
Requirements
- Academic qualifications at M.Sc. level in molecular medicine, neurobiology, neuroscience, or related field
- Recent hands-on experience with the listed techniques
- Strong expertise in bioinformatic analysis of metagenomic data
- Ability to take initiative, direct own work, and take ownership of research projects
