About the role

Role Summary

  • Central role in a developing sales department
  • Key link between customer, BDM, and project management
  • Responsible for handling inquiries, driving the sales phase, and ensuring quality handover to project management

Responsibilities

  • B2B sales responsibility: build and maintain customer relationships
  • Manage info-mail, inquiry materials, and customer portals
  • Register inquiries and activities in Navision
  • Prepare and present offers and solutions to customers
  • Internal coordination and act as contact person within the organization
  • Contract management in collaboration with BDM and CCO
  • Occasional travel (0-20 days/year), including trade fair participation

Success Criteria

  • Structure: Coordinate and follow processes, take ownership of projects, ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met, document facts, and solve problems proactively
  • Communication: Act as coordinator, communicate professionally and clearly (internally and externally), understand customer needs, and drive the sales process from inquiry to handover with the team

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar or related sales or business operations role
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Persistent, service-minded, and resilient
  • Interest in technical products
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Navision is a plus), quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001), technical documentation, and preferably CE marking, EN 1090
