About the role

Sales Manager – Packaging and Food Testing

Role Summary

  • Grow Measurlabs' packaging and food testing business across Finland, the Nordics, Benelux, and the UK
  • Focus on outbound sales: identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term customer relationships
  • Work mainly from the Vallila, Helsinki office, with occasional travel to exhibitions and customer meetings

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales by identifying, reaching out to, and securing new customers
  • Sell regulatory compliance testing services, including:
    • Migration testing of food contact materials
    • Analysis of hazardous substances in dry food products
    • Other relevant tests for EU and UK compliance
  • Manage inbound leads and support growth of existing customer accounts
  • Collaborate with two other Sales Managers and a team of five technical experts
  • Represent Measurlabs at industry exhibitions and events in target markets

Requirements

  • Outbound B2B sales experience (new business)
  • Experience in packaging and/or food industries (regulatory compliance experience is a bonus)
  • Performance-oriented, goal-driven mindset
