Responsibilities include influencing sales systems and processes across multiple countries, participating in cross-country projects, and occasional travel for onsite user sessions. Familiarity with CRM and sales processes is critical to successfully design system logic that supports business needs. While based in Denmark is preferred, candidates from other Nordic countries are welcome. Role Summary
- Join Aller Media Nordic, a leading Scandinavian media company in transformation
- Help shape and support the Salesforce platform driving AdSales across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland
- Work in a collaborative, informal environment focused on learning and development
Responsibilities
- Influence sales systems and processes across four Nordic countries
- Handle support and operational tasks for Salesforce and Advendio
- Implement, test, and document enhancements following Salesforce best practices
- Design, optimise, and maintain flows and process automations (including advanced flows)
- Train users, prepare clear documentation, and communicate with team and stakeholders
- Participate in cross-country projects and onsite user sessions (5-10 travel days per year)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Practical experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, process builder, security setup)
- Ability to design scalable solutions
- Understanding of CRM and sales processes; able to translate business needs into system logic
- Fluent in English (corporate language)
- Eagerness to learn Advendio (prior experience not required)
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with change and ambiguity

- Based in Denmark (advantage, but open to all Nordic locations)
