Role Summary

  • Join Salesforce's Business Value Services (BVS) team, aligned with Sales and supporting top accounts
  • Engage directly with customer executive teams to articulate the strategic and financial impact of Salesforce's platform
  • Develop C-level account strategies, business cases, value propositions, success metrics, investment justifications, deal structures, and commercial proposals
  • Collaborate with sales teams to guide account strategies, prioritize pursuits, and identify new opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Support major Enterprise accounts throughout the customer lifecycle, from strategic alignment to measuring business outcomes
  • Partner with internal sales teams to define account strategies and prioritize initiatives based on value creation
  • Facilitate workshops to identify and measure key business value drivers
  • Build business case presentations and ROI analyses to accelerate and expand sales opportunities
  • Assist in developing and delivering commercial proposals and deal structures
  • Provide thought leadership, training, and consultative support to internal teams

Requirements

  • Experience in the Canadian Financial Services market (Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, or Insurance)
  • Expertise in building and presenting business cases to executive and C-level clients
  • Prior experience in consultative and strategic customer-facing roles
  • Skilled in account strategy, value hypothesis development, business cases, and commercial proposals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate complex ideas to senior executives
  • Proficient in quantitative analysis and financial modeling
  • Business and technical acumen; able to engage in both technology and business strategy discussions
  • Creative, high-energy self-starter comfortable leading initiatives and managing conflicting demands
  • Collaborative, able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Engineering, Pricing, Industry teams, and others
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker who helps customers move from current to future state
