- As a Senior Data Analyst at Voi, you will own and drive high-impact business areas to create customer value by improving decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business owners to understand organisational needs
- Proactively contribute to business and strategy choices
- Drive improvements in how Voi uses data and insights
- Apply appropriate analytical methods, from simple business cases to advanced statistical models
- Lead projects with large, ambiguous scope or high complexity
- Develop and maintain data models and KPIs reflecting Voi’s products and business processes
- Design and analyse AB-tests or other methods to measure strategic initiatives
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and healthy team dynamics
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Engineering, Business)
- 6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Analyst in an agile environment
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and sharing insights
- Strong skills in SQL, data modelling, Python, and statistical modelling/experimentation
- Extensive experience owning and leading data projects
- Experience with dbt and a semantic layer is a plus
- Fluent in English
