The Senior IAM Architect role requires over 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, focusing on privileged access management and modernizing IAM platforms within large, complex organizations. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, security, or a related field, complemented by recognized information security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or CGRC. The role demands expertise in designing and implementing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring security and privacy by design. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining security architectures, models, templates, standards, and procedures aligned with enterprise architecture practices. The architect will lead vendor solution evaluations, manage RFI/RFP processes, and support testing and validation of internal security controls. Strong knowledge of information security, IT risk, compliance, and data privacy frameworks is essential, alongside the ability to stay current with industry, regulatory, and legal requirements. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, diplomacy, and presentation skills in English are critical, as is the capability to provide technical leadership to teams. Preferred qualifications include expertise in secrets management, hardware security modules (HSMs), certificate and key management, and familiarity with EntraID and AWS security. A solid understanding of emerging industry technology trends is advantageous. Overall, this senior position combines deep technical IAM expertise with strategic planning, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within security and cyber design teams to deliver world-class digital financial solutions.

Requirements
- Approx. 10+ years as a Senior Identity and Access Management Architect
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, security, or similar field
- Experience supporting security architecture in large development organizations
- Experience developing complex IT solutions
- Information security credentials (CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or CGRC)
- Experience with privileged access management solutions
- Experience designing IGA solutions for on-premises and cloud environments in large organizations
- Strong stakeholder management, diplomacy, communication, and presentation skills in English
- Ability to provide technical team leadership
Nice to Have
