Ansvarsområder
- Yde god kundeservice
- Deltage i daglige opgaver i teamet
- Besvare telefoniske henvendelser og e-mails fra kunder
- Kræver stor paratviden om leasing og finansiering af biler
- Håndtere et bredt udsnit af kundehenvendelser, fra private billån til leasingprodukter og tillægsydelser (fx Clever produkter)
Krav
- Erfaring med kundeservice
- Stærke kommunikationsevner
- Motiveres af at forbedre systemer og processer for at skabe værdi for kunden
- Evne til at skabe og fastholde et åbent og tillidsfuldt samarbejde med kollegaer på tværs af organisationen
Nice to Have
- Erfaring fra leasingselskab eller kundeservice i bank er en fordel, men ikke et krav
