About Nordic RCC

  • Provides critical services to national Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark
  • Supports efficient operation and security of the Nordic power system
  • Based in Copenhagen; owned by Fingrid, Statnett, Svenska Kraftnät, and Energinet

  • Focused on regional coordination and supporting the green energy transition

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, tidy, and functioning office environment
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers (reception, food & drinks, cleaning, etc.)
  • Ensure necessary office supplies
  • Repair office workplaces
  • Book meetings and host guest meetings
  • Organise social events and celebrations
  • Handle internal communication on practical matters
  • Manage physical and digital mail; answer company phone
  • Be available for questions and connect people with the right contacts

Requirements

  • Service-minded, proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic
  • Visible in the office and able to interact with stakeholders
  • Independent, with strong common sense and minimal need for supervision
  • Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and well-organised
  • Fluent in English and in either Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
