About the role

Role Summary

  • Join Danske Bank's Tech Portfolio Governance Office in Copenhagen
  • Drive the Tech portfolio to ensure oversight and prioritisation aligned with the bank’s strategy
  • Enable the Tech Leadership Team (LT) to make informed, high-quality decisions
  • Establish robust decision-making foundations and facilitate prioritisation across the organisation
  • Senior role requiring strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Tech portfolio to align with strategic objectives
  • Provide high-quality reporting and monitoring for transparency and data-driven decision-making
  • Support the Tech LT with quality insights, robust portfolio oversight, and clear materials for senior leadership and quarterly reporting
  • Drive portfolio prioritisation, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and strategic goals
  • Collaborate closely with the Tech LT team
  • Design and implement effective portfolio processes, governance structures, and tools
  • Identify and address portfolio risks, issues, and trends, ensuring timely communication and proactive management with senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in portfolio management
  • Ability to manage complex portfolios aligned with organisational strategy
  • Strong analytical skills; able to translate complex data and insights into actionable materials
  • Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks and portfolio management processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate across all organisational levels, including executive leadership
  • Experience with senior leadership reporting, including quarterly and strategic updates
  • Strong process optimisation skills
