Du bliver en del af Transformation & Implementation, hvor vi hjælper organisationen med at lykkes med forandring og implementering af nye løsninger, herunder AI.
Responsibilities
- Drive transformationstiltag som initiativleder – selvstændigt eller i samarbejde med udviklingsledere og business owners
- Kortlægge og optimere rådgivningsprocesser med fokus på effektivitet og compliance
- Sikre fremdrift og struktur gennem opfølgning med business owners og andre stakeholders
- Koordinere mellem strategi, drift og udvikling/IT for at sikre alignment og implementering
Requirements
- Solid erfaring med transformation, procesudvikling og projektledelse
- Forståelse for driftsprocesser, udviklingsproblematikker og strategieksekvering
- Kendskab til IT-udviklingsprojekter og digitale løsninger
- Stærk til stakeholder management og kan skabe fremdrift i komplekse projekter
