Role Summary
- Position: Senior Product Designer
- Work with the entire company to turn customer needs into reality
- Start with customer insights and collaborate with cross-functional product teams
- Research-focused: prototype and test concepts quickly
- Ship small version 1s to learn and improve
Responsibilities
- Drive and champion the development of our design system
- Be a significant contributor within the Product Team, elevating UI, UX, and Design System
- Turn research insights into polished designs using Figma
- Create rapid prototypes and wireframes for user research
- Interview and interact with customers for research
- Advocate for users and push for first-class product experiences
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant work experience from SaaS (portfolio required)
- Strong experience developing and leading Design System work
- Curious about users and driven to iterate based on feedback
- Engage and interact with developers; value their input
- Share early and often; iterate based on feedback and research
- Courageous and willing to challenge the status quo
- Proactive and self-driven
- “Get stuff done” mentality; ship quickly and often
- Excellent communication skills; able to give and receive feedback
- Fluent in English; work primarily in English
- Able to work at our office in Nørrebro, Copenhagen (hybrid model; at least 3 days/week in office)
