Role Summary
- Position: Senior Fullstack Developer, AI
- Join the platform team, focusing on AI products (customisable AI colleague, AI automations, new AI initiatives)
- Pivotal role in developing, implementing, and scaling a cutting-edge AI platform
Responsibilities
- Own the full application stack for AI-driven features (front-end and back-end)
- Design, build, and maintain AI infrastructure
- Collaborate with the broader Platform team to ensure seamless integration of AI features
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the AI domain
- Conduct code reviews and drive best practices for performance, security, and code quality
- Develop features in React/React Native applications
- Improve GraphQL APIs
- Monitor app usage and performance, identify and solve bugs
- Continuously improve team processes and architecture
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proven full-stack competency (front-end: React, Vue, JavaScript/TypeScript; back-end: Node.js)
- Direct experience integrating AI models into production systems
- Knowledge of API design for model serving and vector databases
- Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems
- Experience with TypeScript-based tech stack
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Passionate, organized, and self-driven
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work full-time in Copenhagen or remotely (hybrid model)
- Good sense of humour and team player mindset
