Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to the review and assurance-readiness of sustainability disclosures in the Annual Report and regulatory filings
- Translate complex regulatory requirements (especially CSRD and ESRS) into practical solutions
- Support financial materiality assessments and advise on emerging ESG topics
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Group Finance, Risk, Legal, and business units to ensure consistent and compliant reporting
Requirements
- Practical experience with CSRD/ESRS implementation and understanding of the EU sustainability landscape
- Strong background in sustainability assurance and/or financial audit, accounting (ideally 3–5+ years at a Big 4 firm or listed company)
- Analytical strength to assess complex regulatory texts and provide actionable insights
- Highly developed collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong drive to explore, analyse, and co-create solutions in diverse teams
