About the role
Note: This is a fixed term contract (parental leave cover) running until 1st of June, 2026.
Role Summary
- Act as the front line and brand ambassador for Tesla in Aarhus
- Coordinate a seamless service experience for customers
- Support customers from arrival or scheduling to vehicle return
- Manage communication across physical and digital platforms
- Ensure an innovative and exceptional service experience
Responsibilities
- Confidently communicate with customers as a Tesla ambassador via digital channels and face-to-face
- Provide scheduling/status updates, waiter updates, and payment requirements
- Educate customers on Tesla products and the Tesla App; answer questions in customer-friendly language
- Maintain a tidy, presentable customer-facing area and organize the parking lot
- Manage the service fleet: perform damage audits, flag service requirements, and clean cars
- Facilitate test drives, promote new products, and support additional sales
- Manage arrival of unscheduled appointments and handle surprises on site
- Maintain understanding of Tesla products and service operations to perform basic visual diagnostics and record repair orders
- Partner closely with internal teams (e.g., technicians) to ensure efficient service
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a customer-facing role delivering excellent service, preferably in a technical or automotive environment
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with multiple priorities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills; able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Ability to excel in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
- Strong problem-solving skills; proactive and able to take initiative
- Digitally savvy; quick to adopt and adapt to new technology and systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in English and Danish
- Must have and maintain a valid driving license and safe driving record
