The Service- og Rejsemontør role at Simatek A/S requires a strong hands-on technical background, ideally as a blacksmith, mechanic, marine engineer, or similar trade. Key competencies include mechanical skills, proficiency with pneumatics, and preferably some electrical knowledge. The position involves independent work within the Aftersales team, focusing on service, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of industrial filter systems primarily used in the food, pharmaceutical, and biofuel industries. Responsibilities also cover maintenance, machine repairs, and planning and executing installations during customer production shutdowns. The role demands excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously, as well as strong communication skills in Danish and English, with German considered an advantage. Candidates must be comfortable with extensive travel, up to 120 days per year, and possess a valid driving license and clean criminal record. Additional skills include customer support via phone and email and participation in an on-call rotation after training. Responsibilities
- Servicebesøg, fejlfinding og reparation af filteranlæg
- Idriftsættelse og opstart af nye anlæg
- Vedligehold og reparation af maskiner i fødevare-, lægemiddel- og biobrændselsindustrien
- Montage og planlægning ved kunders produktionsstop (shutdowns)
- Kundesupport via telefon og e-mail
- Deltagelse i vagtordning efter oplæring
Requirements
- Håndværksmæssig baggrund (fx smed, mekaniker, maskinmester eller lignende)
- Erfaring med mekanik, pneumatik og gerne el
- Kan arbejde selvstændigt og planlægge egen tid
- Vant til rejsearbejde – op til 120 rejsedage om året
- Fleksibel, udadvendt og samarbejdsorienteret
- Taler og skriver dansk og engelsk; tysk er et plus
- Gyldigt kørekort og ren straffeattest
