About the role
Role Summary
- Lead the evening housekeeping team at AC Hotel Bella Sky, Copenhagen (800+ rooms)
- Ensure smooth operations, sincere care, and a worry-free guest experience
- Foster a calm, organized, and respectful work environment
- Immediate start; must have legal right to work in Denmark (no visa sponsorship)
Responsibilities
- Receive handover from morning Supervisor and close the day with all admin tasks and Opera updates
- Write comprehensive handover for the next morning's Supervisor
- Manage housekeeping phone, coordinate with front desk, and act as runner when needed
- Clean 3-5 rooms per evening as required
- Communicate proactively and reliably with team and other departments
- Work 1-3 evening housekeeping shifts per week (without Supervisory duties); Supervisor shifts are rotated among 3 people
Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping and team leadership
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, multi-task, and adapt to changing plans
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Confident, kind, and professional communicator
- Proactive problem solver, willing to help wherever needed
- Flexible and available to work 14:30-22:00, every other weekend, and some holidays
- Fluency in English (other languages a bonus)
- Must already have the legal right to work in Denmark
