This position seeks a skilled, versatile, and forward-thinking physiotherapist to join the Ergo- and physiotherapy department in Aabenraa. Key responsibilities include assessing and treating patients in the acute phase of illness, focusing on creating value, smooth patient flow, and ensuring patient safety throughout their care pathway. The role involves working within specialty groups such as intensive care, surgery, medicine, and pediatrics, and providing coverage during absences of permanent therapists. Competence in evaluating functional capacity during short and acute hospital admissions, delivering respiratory physiotherapy, and assessing the need for treatment aids is essential. The physiotherapist will also ensure effective handovers to primary wards or community partners, including developing rehabilitation plans. The candidate should be proactive in contributing to improvements in interdisciplinary workflows and therapeutic approaches.
