Role Summary
Skolemad ApS is expanding and seeking two dedicated and experienced Chefs to join our team. We provide high-quality meals to schools and institutions, focusing on freshness, nutrition, and professional kitchen standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals for school canteens
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of dishes
- Plan, prepare, and organize daily kitchen tasks
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (including HACCP compliance)
- Work efficiently during busy periods
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management
- Assist with menu development and new food concepts
Requirements
- Experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar professional kitchen role
- Ability to handle a high workload and maintain structure
- Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, responsible, and quality-oriented
- Clear communication skills (English is sufficient)
- Formal training as a Chef is an advantage but not required; experience counts
